The Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary anticipates hiring up to four new faculty at the assistant (tenure-track) and/or associate (tenured) professor rank. They are looking for scholars whose research and teaching interests lie in these areas:
- Ethics, professionalism and the regulation of the legal profession
- The study of the legal profession and innovation in the provision of legal services (including artificial intelligence and its impact on the legal services industry)
- Intellectual property and information technology law
- Legal rhetoric and advanced legal communications.
