| | The Canadian Journal of Law & Society was founded in 1985 at the University of Calgary and has been affiliated with the Canadian Law & Society Association since 1990. It has been housed at the Départment des sciences juridiques of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) since 1990 and under the editorship of Ruth Murbach since 1999. In 2008, Mariana Valverde will become the Journal's new editor, at the same time as the Journal moves to its new home at the Department of Law, Carleton University. |
